About Fugue
Fugue is an independent digital-product studio providing production-ready UI kits, editor tools, Unity packages, design systems, documentation and related products for teams building interactive worlds.
These Terms govern your account, purchases and use of Fugue products and services.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. You must provide accurate information and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or close an account where it is used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity or a material breach of these Terms. Closing an account does not remove rights or obligations that arose before closure.
Purchases and delivery
All product prices are shown in USD. The USD price displayed on the product page and at checkout is the final, tax-inclusive price for that purchase; Fugue does not add automatic tax, VAT or sales tax at checkout. Payments for Fugue are collected through a Stripe account operated by CLOUPT LTD and processed by Stripe. The account operator's role is limited to payment collection and administration. A purchase is complete when payment is accepted and the product is made available to the purchasing account.
Before placing an order, you must accept these Terms, the Studio Asset License and the Refund Policy, and separately request immediate delivery of the digital content. Once delivery or a download has started, you acknowledge that any right to cancel for that digital content may be lost where applicable law permits. Purchased products remain available through the account while the service is reasonably available. We may provide fixes, documentation updates and compatible product updates at our discretion.
Product license
Every purchase is subject to the Studio Asset License at /license. The license permits use in your own games and applications, but does not transfer ownership of Fugue’s source files or intellectual property.
You may distribute a compiled game or application containing the products. You may not resell, sublicense, share or publish the source files as a standalone asset, toolkit or competing marketplace product.
Unity and third-party products
Unity is a trademark of Unity Technologies. Fugue is independent and is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with Unity Technologies. Compatibility statements describe our tested configurations and are not a guarantee that every future Unity version or third-party package will work without changes.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Fugue products to create unlawful, fraudulent or harmful content.
- Do not bypass access controls, scrape restricted downloads or share account credentials.
- Do not upload, distribute or sell Fugue source files or modified versions as standalone assets.
- Do not use our brand, product pages or documentation to misrepresent an affiliation with Fugue.
Warranties and liability
We aim to describe products accurately and keep downloads usable, but digital products may require configuration changes in your project. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms when the service, products or law changes. The latest version will show its effective date. Your mandatory consumer rights remain protected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have in your place of residence.
